1) Definitions

4) Orders, Pricing & Availability
- Placing an order is an offer to buy; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order and send a confirmation.
- Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and may change without notice until your order is accepted.
- We reserve the right to cancel due to stock limits, quality checks, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
- VAT and shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
5) Shipping & Delivery
Estimated timelines: Dhaka ~ 1–3 business days, major cities/districts ~ 2–5, remote areas ~ 3–7. Timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather, strikes, holidays, or courier constraints.

6) Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- 30-day returns for unopened/unused items in original packaging.
- Damaged/incorrect/expired items should be reported within 7 days with photos.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days (method depends on original payment).

7) Order Cancellations
- You may cancel before shipment. After shipment, follow the return process after delivery.
- We may cancel due to out-of-stock, payment failure, address issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

8) Payments
- We accept bKash, Nagad, major debit/credit cards, and COD where available.
- Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS–compliant gateways. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
- Orders may be subject to verification for fraud prevention and security.

9) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Offers
- Promo terms (eligibility, duration, exclusions) are stated on the offer page or at checkout.
- One offer per order unless explicitly stated. Non-transferable, no cash alternative.
- We may withdraw or amend promotions in cases of error, misuse, or unforeseen issues.
10) Product Information & Health Disclaimer
- Packaging, ingredients, and labels can change. Always read the label on the product you receive.
- Site content is general and not medical advice. For health questions, consult a qualified professional.
11) Authenticity, Storage & Safety
We source directly from the brand in Australia, maintain temperature-controlled storage, and ship factory-sealed products. If an item is ever verified as not genuine, we will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.

12) Reviews, Comments & User Content
- You are responsible for content you submit and must own or have permission to share it.
- No unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content. No spam or commercial solicitations.
- By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it on our services.
- We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates policies or law.
13) Prohibited Activities
- Security abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting service operation.
- Fraud, impersonation, or attempts to bypass payment/security controls.
- Violations of applicable laws or third-party rights.
14) Intellectual Property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is owned by or licensed to Australian Goods in Bangladesh and protected by applicable laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written permission.
15) Disclaimers
- The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access or that defects will be corrected immediately.
16) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the product(s) in question.
17) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Australian Goods in Bangladesh from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.
