2) Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Processing time: typically 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Verification: we may call/WhatsApp to confirm address/phone for COD or high-value orders.
  • Packing standards: handled per manufacturer guidance; temperature-sensitive goods are stored correctly before dispatch.

Public holidays or exceptional events may affect processing and courier pickups.


3) Estimated Delivery Times

  • Dhaka metro: ~ 1–3 business days
  • Major cities & district towns: ~ 2–5 business days
  • Remote / limited-access areas: ~ 3–7 business days

4) Shipping Fees & Methods

  • Returned parcels can be re-dispatched after address confirmation; additional shipping charges may apply.

7) Address or Phone Changes

  • We can update details before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your order number.
  • After dispatch, changes may not be possible; we’ll coordinate with the courier if feasible.

8) Packaging & Product Handling

  • Items are packed securely to reduce transit damage risk.
  • We store goods under recommended conditions before dispatch; during extreme heat we aim to ship earlier in the day.
  • On delivery, receive promptly and follow any storage instructions on the label.

9) Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos and your order number.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns & Refund Policy.
  • For missing items in multi-parcel shipments, remaining parcel(s) may still be in transit.
