We offer secure, convenient payment options for shoppers across Bangladesh. This page explains accepted methods, how checkout works, and how refunds are processed at Australian Goods in Bangladesh.
1) Accepted Payment Methods
- bKash (gateway checkout)
- Nagad (gateway checkout)
- Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express where supported)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) in most locations
Availability may vary by location, order value, or risk checks. Options shown at checkout are always up-to-date.
2) Pay with bKash
- Select bKash at checkout to open the secure bKash gateway.
- Authorize in your app or with OTP as prompted.
- Return to our site for instant order confirmation.
Security: Payments are processed on bKash’s platform. We do not see or store your bKash PIN.
3) Pay with Nagad
- Select Nagad at checkout to complete payment on Nagad’s secure gateway.
- Authorize via your Nagad app/OTP as instructed.
- Return to our site for confirmation and invoice.
Security: Authorization happens on Nagad’s side. We do not store your Nagad PIN.
4) Pay with Debit/Credit Cards
- We accept major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express where supported).
- Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS–compliant gateway with 3-D Secure/OTP where available.
- For your safety, we never store full card numbers or CVV on our servers.
Tip: If a card is declined, check 3-D Secure/OTP, available balance, or try bKash/Nagad/COD.
5) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available in most locations nationwide; eligibility is shown at checkout.
- Please keep your phone reachable for courier coordination at delivery time.
- Repeated COD refusals may limit future COD eligibility.
6) Pricing, Currency & Taxes
- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- Applicable VAT is included/added where required and displayed at checkout.
- Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight/size.
No hidden charges. Any gateway/wallet fee will be shown before you pay.
7) Payment Confirmation & Invoice
- After successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation by SMS/WhatsApp/email.
- A digital invoice/receipt is issued and available in your account or via email.
8) Refunds for Payments
- bKash/Nagad/Card: refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- COD: when eligible, refunds are issued via bKash or Nagad to your provided number.

9) Fraud Checks & Verification
- We may contact you to verify details (e.g., high-value orders, address mismatches).
- Orders that fail verification may be cancelled and refunded to protect customers and our platform.
10) Payment Issues & Troubleshooting
- Charged but no order? Check spam/junk for confirmation; then contact support with the gateway reference/transaction ID and time.
- Card declined? Confirm 3-D Secure/OTP, available limit, and SMS delivery; or try bKash/Nagad/COD.
- Duplicate charge? Share both transaction IDs. We’ll reconcile with the gateway and refund if applicable.
