2) What You Can Do Here

  • Click & Collect: pick up online orders after receiving the “Ready for Pickup” message.
  • Returns Drop-off: return eligible unopened items within 30 days. See Returns & Refund Policy.
  • Authenticity Check: free pack verification (batch/expiry, seals). See Authenticity Commitment & Guarantee.
  • Product Guidance: label reading, usage directions on pack (non-medical).
  • Payments: pay invoices or order balances (bKash, Nagad, card, where supported). See Payment Methods.

3) Click & Collect (Pickup)

  1. Order online and select Experience Center Pickup at checkout (where available).
  2. Wait for the “Ready for Pickup” SMS/WhatsApp/email notification.
  3. Bring your order number and a matching phone (or show the message).
  4. We verify and hand over your factory-sealed items.

Note: If someone else is collecting, contact Customer Care to add their name and phone for verification.


4) Returns, Replacements & Refunds (Drop-off)

  • Window: within 30 days for unopened/unused items in original packaging.
  • Bring: order number, phone, and the product in factory-sealed condition.
  • On-site check: our team inspects eligibility per policy.
  • Refund timing: typically 7–10 business days after approval (COD via bKash/Nagad).

5) Free Authenticity Check

  1. Share your order number and show the pack (front/back, seals, batch/expiry).
  2. We verify on the spot; for select brands we’ll guide you through official QR/code checks.
  3. If anything is ever verified as not genuine, we provide free pickup and a full refund or replacement.
