1) Eligibility

  • Unopened & unused products in original, factory-sealed packaging are eligible for return.
  • Damaged / incorrect / expired items are covered; report within the stated window below.
  • Items must be purchased directly from australiangoods.com.bd (with valid order number).

2) Return Window

  • 30 days from delivery for unopened/unused items.
  • 7 days from delivery to report damaged / incorrect / expired items (share photos).
  • For delivery delays or missing items, contact us promptly so we can escalate with the courier.

3) Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed items (including broken seals).
  • Items without original manufacturer packaging, batch/expiry, or tamper seals.
  • Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery (heat, humidity, sunlight). See label directions.
  • Free gifts, samples, or promotional items marked as final sale.

4) How to Start a Return/Claim

  1. Contact us via Customer Care with your order number and a short description.
  2. Share evidence (see checklist below) so we can verify quickly.
  3. We’ll confirm eligibility and guide you for pickup or drop-off, or process a refund where applicable.

Tip: Keep the packaging until your case is resolved.


5) Evidence to Share (for Faster Help)

  • Photos of the outer box, seals, and batch/expiry on the pack.
  • Close-ups of any damage, leakage, or wrong item.
  • Payment reference (if prepaid) and delivery tracking ID if available.

6) Resolution Options

  • Replacement: same item re-shipped after verification.
  • Refund: issued to the original method (or to bKash/Nagad for COD), after inspection/approval.
  • Partial refund: when part of a multi-item order is affected.

7) Refund Methods & Timing

  • bKash / Nagad / Card: refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded via bKash or Nagad to your provided number within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refund timelines depend on gateway/bank processing. We’ll notify you when initiated.

8) Pickup & Drop-off

  • Pickup: We arrange a courier pickup from your address where available.
  • Drop-off: You can visit our Experience Center for returns and inspection.
  • Keep items securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.

9) Packaging & Condition on Return

  • Return items in their original packaging with all inserts and accessories.
  • Include a note with your order number, contact phone, and reason for return.
  • For fragile items (e.g., glass bottles), ensure protective cushioning to prevent transit breakage.

10) Authenticity & Safety

We source directly from the brand in Australia, store under temperature-managed conditions, and ship factory-sealed products. If an item is ever verified as not genuine, we will arrange a free pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.

11) Exchanges

Need a different item or variant? We’ll refund the original (if eligible) and ask you to place a new order for the desired item.


12) Multi-Item Orders & Partial Shipments

  • Orders may ship in separate parcels. Missing items could still be in transit.
  • We can process partial returns for unaffected items in a multi-item order.

13) Fees & Deductions

  • Our error (damaged/incorrect/expired): no return shipping fee; full refund or replacement per your choice.
  • Change of mind (unopened/within window): shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped; return shipping may apply.
  • Refused or failed deliveries are handled per Order Cancellation Policy.
