How long does delivery take?
Dhaka metro typically arrives in 1–3 business days, major cities/district towns in 2–5 business days, and remote areas in 3–7 business days. Timelines are estimates; weather, strikes, holidays, or courier constraints may cause delays.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes—COD is available in most locations nationwide. Eligibility is shown at checkout for your address.
How do I track my order?
After dispatch, we send your tracking ID by SMS/WhatsApp/email. Track anytime on our Order Tracking page or via the courier portal. Need help? Ask our Customer Care team.
Can I change my address or phone after ordering?

Do you ship outside Bangladesh?

We’re not a marketplace—we partner with brand principals and licensed distributors only (no grey market). To apply, email partners@australiangoods.com.bd with:
