3) What We May Need to Retain

  • Tax & invoicing records and transaction history required by law.
  • Fraud prevention & security logs needed to protect users and services.
  • Open orders, disputes, or chargebacks until resolved.
  • Backups overwritten during scheduled rotation and not used for active processing.

Where deletion isn’t possible, we will minimize or anonymize data when feasible.

5) Identity Verification

  • We may send a verification code to your registered email/phone.
  • For agents/guardians, provide written authorization and proof of identity/relationship.
  • If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to complete deletion.

6) Timeline & Outcomes

  • Acknowledgment: we aim to acknowledge within a reasonable time during business hours.
  • Completion goal: typically within 30 days, depending on scope and legal obligations.
  • Confirmation: we’ll confirm what was deleted, minimized, or retained (and why).
  • Appeal: if you disagree, reply to our email for escalation to our compliance lead.

  • We can delete identifiers we control (e.g., account-linked analytics or marketing records).
  • For third-party ad platforms (Google, Meta), review your preferences in those services and clear device/browser IDs.
