3) Chain of Custody & Documentation
- Batch/lot tracking: each item linked to its shipment and supplier records.
- Label integrity: we never alter manufacturer labels, batch numbers, or expiry dates.
- Proof on request: we can share appropriate redacted documentation to verify source and import.
4) Storage, Handling & Temperature Control
- Temperature-managed storage per brand guidance to protect potency and freshness.
- FEFO dispatch (First-Expire-First-Out) to prioritize freshness.
- Tamper checks before dispatch; outer boxes secured for transit.
5) Packaging Integrity & Seals
- Only factory-sealed, original packaging is shipped to customers.
- If a seal appears broken or packaging is heavily damaged, contact us immediately and do not consume.
- We will arrange inspection and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
6) Simple Product Verification (Free)
- Within 7 days of delivery, contact Customer Care.
- Share your order number and clear photos of front/back, seals, and batch/expiry.
- Our quality team checks and, where available, guides you to brand-specific verification (QR/code).
Tip: Keep the packaging until you’re satisfied—batch and seals help us verify faster.
7) Customer Education: Spotting Red Flags
- Broken/poorly applied seals or inconsistent print quality.
- Missing batch/expiry or mismatch vs. invoice.
- Unusual odor/color beyond normal variation (e.g., honey crystallization can be natural).

- If an item is ever verified as not genuine, we arrange free pickup and a full refund or replacement.
